Return & Exchange Policy

• In case any of our customers wish to return the purchased product, it will be accepted by Peri Winkle in the original packing within 14 days of purchase.
• Any returns after 14 days will not be entertained.
• The return would be for a refund or an exchange as to the preference of the customer.
• The returned product shall be in their original condition, unwashed and free of any damage by the customer.
• The product must be returned along with the copy of the invoice and the reason must be mentioned.
• The return shall be made using an identifiable delivery service i.e. courier service or any other registered traceable post.
• The customer must make sure that the returned product is posted at the official address- “C 170 Ali Chowk Dhudiwala, Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad.”
• The return will be made on the customer’s own expense and delivery charges will not be refunded.
• Once we receive the product, it will be inspected and the customer will be notified whether their refund is approved or not. The customer will be notified within 5 working days.
